Premium Fusible Interlining

Woven
Our interlining offerings include 100% cotton interlinings, known for their breathability, flexibility, natural feel, and heat resistance, making them ideal for high-end shirts and premium finish garments. We also provide polyester interlinings, valued for their wrinkle-free, durable, and water-resistant properties, perfect for wrinkle-free garments and formal wear.
Additionally, we offer specialty coatings and fusible interlinings with various peel strengths, including 22N, 25N, 30N and over 50N. These interlinings are available in powder-coated, film-coated, high-density polyethylene, low-density polyethylene, and polyamide or polyester coatings.
Non-woven
Our non-woven interlinings include chemically bonded non-wovens, which are ideal for formal wear, shirts, blouses, waistbands, dresses, outerwear, military and medical uniforms, as well as embroidery backing for lighter fabrics with finer embroidery.
We also offer mechanically bonded non-wovens, including needle-punched and hydroentangled varieties, which are perfect for outerwear, jackets, and coats that require warmth without bulk, protective clothing such as medical gowns, surgical caps, and coveralls that are fluid-resistant yet breathable, and embroidery backing for heavier fabrics.
Knits
Our range of interlinings includes weft knit interlining, ideal for activewear and elastic/stretch garments, warp knit interlining, suited for suits, jackets, and moderate stretch garments, tricot knit interlining, perfect for lightweight stretch fabrics and fashion wear, and circular knit interlining, designed for lightweight activewear and super stretch garments.
Precision Cut Trims
Utilizing high-tech precision cutting techniques, Whiltex cutting units are able to manufacture highly customized interlining trims to meet the demands of fast-paced fashion apparel. Over the years, Whiltex has developed efficient cutting techniques to save our customers time, hassle and money. We do the prep so you can get results faster!
Additionally, Whiltex trims are packed in specialized, 100% recyclable, heat-repellent packaging to ensure long shelf life and minimize wear and tear.
Our product offerings include a variety of collars such as point, spread, wing, club, cutaway, nok, and French collars. We also provide bands, including Mandarin and high bands, as well as a selection of cuffs, including barrel, French, button, convertible, square, rounded, and mitered cuffs. Our placket options feature standard, wide, zipper, French, box, and continuous plackets. Additionally, we offer bias-cut rolls for pocketing, available in both herringbone and plain weaves.
